After working tirelessly over the last five years, CMHA with partnerships with the City of Grande Prairie is one step closer to building another apartment building. CMHA owns the house besides the existing Willow Place Apartment Building and over the next few weeks, this house will be removed to make way for a spring build on our new proposed 32-unit apartment building.

Sodo EFG Architecture has been a huge donor and supporter of CMHA from the start of our new apartment building journey. Together with them, we are planning to begin construction next spring as soon as the ground can be worked.
