Announcing our new Executive Director

The board of directors of Canadian Mental Health Association Alberta Northwest Region is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Executive Director Randy Arsenault!

His first day was August 1, 2018. “We are fortunate to have found such great local talent, Randy has years of experience in health administration. We are all excited about his drive to make Grande Prairie a Mentally Healthy Community. We all have the same vision to create and maintain housing for people effected with mental health issues. We believe the first step to be mentally healthy is having a safe place to live”. said board president Angie Saltman.

CMHA ANWR offers a variety of programs to Grande Prairie and we are working on a new one for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). The PSH project scope is to manage Parkside Inn and provide a safe place to live for the hard to house individuals of GP. We are currently working with the city on this project and hope we hope to see final approval on the contract in the next couple months.
