Living Life to the Full
Make a difference in your life by participating in enjoyable, interactive courses designed to not only support you in understanding your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, but also what to do about them. Living Life to the Full consists of eight, 90-minute sessions where you will learn how to feel happier, more confident and ready to handle whatever it is that life throws at you.

Art of Friendship
Art of Friendship is an eight-week Canadian Mental Health Association course. Meet new friends. Learn new skills. Make new community connections. Build self-confidence. Reduce loneliness and laugh more. Topics will include tolerance, healthy boundaries, values, trust, responsibility and commitment. It is particularly helpful for people who want to improve their quality of life by learning and practicing the skills needed to develop and keep healthy friendships through peer support and a focus on recovery.
“Empty-nesters”, older people entering retirement, and people new to Red Deer also report that this course has helped them improve their social lives.
